Lewis, originally from Rochester, New York joined the firm in 1996 to supplement the firm’s general aviation, international personal injury and federal practice divisions. She has represented numerous plaintiffs in aviation cases against the United States government (negligent air traffic control services of the FAA) and in negligence and product liability actions against aircraft and component manufacturers and maintenance companies. In non-aviation matters she has been successful in lawsuits brought on behalf of United States residents who are injured while abroad. In 2001, Lewis was named partner of the firm.
